1.4 These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
Age Restriction: The 90apiso platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. 90apiso reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age. Any winnings generated by underage users will be forfeited.
2.1 To be eligible to register and use the 90apiso platform, you must:

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 90apiso will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
3.3 You must immediately notify 90apiso support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 90apiso will investigate and, if appropriate, take steps to secure your account, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost through unauthorized access where the breach was caused by the player's own negligence.
3.4 All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. 90apiso may request supporting documentation to verify any information provided. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
3.5 Players are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their 90apiso account. While 2FA is optional, 90apiso strongly recommends its use, particularly for accounts with significant balances linked to GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank withdrawal methods.
4.1 90apiso accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven Cliqq, subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. These limits may be updated without prior notice.
4.2 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. 90apiso prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts and may refuse or reverse transactions where the payment source cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
4.3 Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional security verification is required.
4.4 90apiso reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terms violation. Players will be notified of any delay and the reason therefor, to the extent permitted by applicable law and regulation.
4.5 Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in your account's withdrawal section and may vary by payment method. All amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless the player has elected a crypto (USDT) wallet option.
5.1 90apiso offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and reload promotions. All bonuses are subject to their individual terms, which are published in the Bonus Center within your 90apiso account dashboard at the time the bonus is issued.
5.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only and must be completed within the validity period of the bonus.
5.3 90apiso reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will be permitted to complete the wagering requirements applicable at the time of claiming.
5.4 Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, per promotional period, unless the bonus terms expressly state otherwise. Systematic exploitation of bonuses, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play patterns, constitutes bonus abuse and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus-derived funds.
6.1 All Random Number Generator (RNG) games available on the 90apiso platform use certified RNG systems that have been tested and approved by independent testing laboratories for fairness and unpredictability. The outcome of each game round is independent of previous rounds.
6.2 Live casino games on 90apiso are operated in real time by human dealers using physical equipment. Video feeds are live and unedited. 90apiso does not alter, delay, or manipulate live game outcomes.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that interrupts a game round, the round may be declared void and the wager returned to the player. 90apiso's decision regarding technical malfunction outcomes is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 14.
6.4 Players may not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with 90apiso games or to gain an unfair advantage. Use of such tools constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 90apiso platform:

8.2 Self-exclusion is available to any 90apiso player who wishes to restrict their own access to the platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

9.1 90apiso may suspend or close a player account at any time, with or without notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of: fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, regulatory requirement, problem gambling concern, or inactive account status exceeding 24 consecutive months.
9.2 Players may close their own account at any time by contacting 90apiso support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance in the account (after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method within five (5) business days.
9.3 Accounts suspended for terms violations will have their balances reviewed during the investigation period. Funds clearly attributable to legitimate play unconnected to the violation will be returned at 90apiso's discretion following the investigation conclusion.
10.1 The 90apiso platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 90apiso makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the absence of errors in game software.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 90apiso's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the player's total net deposits made in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 90apiso shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if 90apiso has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by 90apiso's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
11.1 90apiso collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
11.2 By registering on the 90apiso platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification purposes, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and service improvement.
11.3 90apiso will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR and the AMLC) as required by law, and with trusted payment processors and game providers who are contractually bound to confidentiality obligations.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 90apiso platform, you agree to first contact 90apiso's customer support to seek resolution. 90apiso will endeavor to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].
12.3 Disputes not resolved through the customer support process may be referred to PAGCOR for regulatory mediation, or to the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction, with venue in Metro Manila.
13.1 90apiso reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via notification within the player's account dashboard, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.
13.2 Non-material updates (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter player rights) may be made without advance notice.
13.3 The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, is always available on the 90apiso website at 90apiso.app/terms-conditions. It is the player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
